Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

We only accept return or refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Item received is defective or not functioning as intended upon arrival
  • Item received has hidden imperfections not disclosed on the product page
  • Wrong item was sent (incorrect model, variant, or product)

Non‑Eligible Reasons (Not Accepted)

The following reasons are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or variant chosen by the customer
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged during and/or after delivery (in cases when items are damaged during delivery, you may request for our assistance in coordinating with the courier company for restitution, where applicable)
  • Used, altered, or tampered items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective or wrong item was sent)

Return & Refund Request Window

  • Requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims involving defects, hidden imperfections, or wrong items, customers are required to submit a clear unboxing video:

  • The video must be continuous and unedited
  • Recording must start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label
  • The entire unboxing process and the issue must be clearly visible
  • The video must be submitted within 5 days from delivery

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in denial of the request.

Proof of Purchase

We may require customers to submit:

  • Order number or receipt
  • Proof of payment

Failure to provide requested proof may result in denial of the request.

Review and Approval

All return and refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Return Shipping and Reimbursement

  • Approved returns must be shipped back following our instructions
  • Return shipping costs will be reimbursed after successful review and verification
  • Reimbursement will only cover reasonable shipping costs

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via GCash or bank transfer
  • Bank or transfer fees exceeding Php 50.00 will be shouldered by the customer
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
