Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary
  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other factors beyond our control
  • Shipping estimates provided by couriers may occasionally be inaccurate

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once available
  • Availability of tracking depends on the courier partner

Courier Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery handling and timelines are under the courier’s responsibility. We will assist in coordinating with the courier when necessary but cannot guarantee courier performance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • A 4% COD processing fee is charged by the courier and passed on to the customer
